Print a day list
An advocate rings and asks for their list. Type their account code, say why, and print it. The sheet carries the court's own published list, their diary hearings and anything lapsing that day — never their notes, clients or fees.
Leave the date empty for the day the app is alerting about. Every lookup is recorded — who looked, whose list, which date, and the reason.
Audit
Every action that changes something, and every time this office looked at an advocate's day. Not every click — a log nobody can read is the same as no log.
